Location: Nine Elms, London
Start Date: Mid-January 2024
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 per annum

Masterfix is a leading provider of high-quality maintenance and engineering services. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent solutions to our clients, and we’re seeking a skilled Static HIU / FCU Engineer to join our team at Nine Elms.
Role Details:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
• Base Location: Nine Elms (No van required).
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repair of HIU (Heat Interface Units) and FCU (Fan Coil Units).
  • Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently.
  • Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to high standards and in line with health and safety regulations.

About You:

• Proven experience as a HIU / FCU engineer.
• Experience with Evinox and Kamo HIUs and Ability FCUs is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building services and HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
