About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Static Electrician to join our team in Vauxhall, London. Specialising in high-end residential properties, you will be responsible for maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting electrical systems within luxury homes and apartments. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in high-end residential properties.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within luxury residential developments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
• Respond to emergency electrical issues when required, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• Proven experience working in high-end residential properties or similar luxury environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fault diagnosis, and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and professional attitude.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with smart home automation and integrated electrical systems.
• Additional qualifications such as PAT testing or Health and Safety certifications are a plus.
