Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 p/a

What you’ll be doing:

• Servicing of fan coil units across a portfolio of prime residential properties.
• Carrying out yearly heating, ventilation, air cooling and water temperatures checks and identifying repairs during servicing.
• Logging all results within same day of the servicing being completed and advise clients when updates are complete.
• Logging all defects and repairs and reporting back to the site supervisor.
• General plumbing repairs.
• Updating management so adequate stocks of materials can be maintained and identify requirements for critical spares.
• Ensure works and tasks are completed to a very high standard and conform to industry legislation.
• Deliver a first-class service to all our customers and clients.

 
Must - Haves

• Newly qualified in Plumbing or HVAC qualifications and looking for a career working in high end residential properties.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative or as part of team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
• Understanding of good customer care.
