Role: Plumber – Self Employed
Location: Greater London – Van Mobile role.

Trade Related tasks
To be a good team player who takes pride in their work and is willing to collaborate across the business while doing their best to always get a positive outcome from any work they carry out. Must be able to communicate well both verbally and digitally as detailed reports are required for all jobs. To be polite and considerate as most of the day will be spent interacting with customers and members of the public. Must be calm under pressure and always willing to help. Be consistent in terms of attitude, attendance, timekeeping and workmanship.

Trade Related tasks
- Carry out planned and reactive, trade-related maintenance tasks allocated by our Client Account Managers or Administrators
- Ordering supplier parts and managing van stock.
- Participate in out of hours call out rota as required.
- Provide recommendations and solutions to rectify faults and maintenance issues.
- Take measurements, estimate labour and identify materials required for follow on works.
- Support other trades when required.
- Previous reactive plumbing maintenance experience - 2 years plus
- NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent (level 2 will be considered with the right experience.
- Full UK driving licence and experience navigating Central London
- Good IT Skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device.
- Excellent customer service/client-facing skills.
- Ability to problem solve and think clearly under pressure.
- Own tools.
- Clear DBS.
- £225 per day base salary, dependent upon experience
- Comprehensive initial training program
- Uncapped earnings
- Out of hours call outs – £70 per hour for the first hour and £45 per hour thereafter.
- Free uniform.
- Opportunity to hire a Masterfix branded van.
